Experience includes defense of FAA Enforcement Cases (Certificate Actions and Civil Penalties) on behalf of airline and general aviation pilots, A&P mechanics, airlines and charter operators in every FAA Region except Alaska.  We represent flight crews in the field and public phases of NTSB accident investigations.  Our expertise also includes negotiation and enforcement of aircraft lease, purchase and sale agreements; and labor negotiations conducted in accordance with the Railway Labor Act.
