Labor Negotiations

Our experience on both sides of the bargaining table enables us to approach labor-management issues and negotiating challenges with a unique perspective.  We advise and represent employers in union organizing campaigns and in administrative proceedings before the NLRB, NMB, EEOC, OSHA, OSHRC and Department of Labor.  Our expertise also includes the representation of clients in federal and state court litigation for issues arising under federal and state anti-discrimination statues and other regulations affecting the workplace. We represent employers, labor organizations and individual executives and employees in private sector labor negotiations arising under state contract law, the National Labor Relations Act and the Railway Labor Act.
