We advise cities and their internal agencies on appropriate organizational and hierarchal structure; employment and personnel matters; constitutional issues; open meeting and open records requirements; and the myriad of other issues that cities commonly encounter.  We defend our cities and their officials when those issues are raised in federal and state court litigation.
